I was kept upto date when I placed an order for a new mini countryman. I was also given a tutorial of how to use mini. Hannah was very helpful.

Service was efficient, questions answered promptly, staff were friendly and Daniel in particular was very accommodating, even being prepared to work on their day off to handle handover on my preferred date. Pre delivery video was an unexpected bonus.

This was my first experience with Mini and I was so happy with it, the car was in for only very minor work and I didn't expect a full check to be performed which was so nice and gave me peace of mind, and the complimentary wash was also really lovely
